More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing different sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
